This Privacy Policy explains how EasyPoolPass ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when a residential community ("Facility") and its residents use our digital pool pass and guest pass management service (the "Service").
Information We Collect
When a Facility registers, or a resident is added or applies for an account, we collect:
- Name and address
- Phone number
- Email address (optional for residents)
- Guest pass purchase and payment records (payment card details are processed directly by our payment processor, Braintree, and are never stored on our own servers)
How We Use Information
- To create and manage resident accounts and daily pool passes
- To process guest pass purchases
- To send account-related communications, including sign-in verification codes, pass updates, and messages from your Facility's administrators
SMS / Text Messaging
If you provide a phone number, you may receive text messages related to your account, including sign-in verification codes and informational messages from your Facility. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of informational text messages at any time by replying STOP, and opt back in by replying START. Reply HELP for help. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Service Providers
We share information with the following third parties solely to provide the Service:
- Braintree (a PayPal service) — processes guest pass payments
- Twilio — delivers SMS text messages
- Postmark — delivers email communications
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Children's Information
A resident account may include children as pass holders. Information about a child is provided by their parent or guardian as part of managing the household's account — we do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
Data Retention & Security
We retain account information for as long as the resident's account is active with their Facility, and take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
