Sign in to your admin accountA simpler admin menu
The admin menu is now grouped into Residents, Communication and Settings, so everything is a click or two away instead of spread across a long row of links.
Text your residents
Send a text to one resident or a whole list, and see replies in a texting inbox. Texts only go to residents who have agreed to receive them, a resident who replies STOP gets no more texts until they reply START, and anything sent outside 8am to 9pm waits until 8am your time.
Getting Started Tour
A short guided tour walks you through the admin pages: your residents, texting, Facility Profile and Guest Pass Policy. Restart it any time from the Settings menu.
Your own time zone
Pick your facility's time zone in Facility Profile. Today's numbers, reports and texting hours all follow it.
Alert message on every pass
Post a short alert in Facility Profile, such as a closure, a weather delay or new hours, and it shows on every resident's pass screen.
Account balance and cash-outs
Guest pass fees your residents pay, less the 5% + $0.25 platform fee, build up as an account balance you can see line by line. Cash out by PayPal, Venmo or mailed check.
