How long it takes
Typical turnaround is a few business days after we receive a clean export or CSV. Larger lists may take a bit longer; we will confirm timing when we see your file.

Import quality depends on the export you provide. We will flag unclear rows before go-live. Photos, custom application answers, and historical check-in logs may need a separate conversation — resident roster import is included at no charge for qualifying switchers.
Pool access, without the annual platform fee
Member Splash is a swim and tennis club platform: registration, dues, photo-ID check-in, guest passes, waitlists, reservations, and point of sale. That breadth is the point of their product. EasyPoolPass is pool access and guest passes, with no annual software fee. If your club needs dues collection, reservations, or a register, Member Splash may still be the better fit, and we will say so on a call.

EasyPoolPass has no monthly or annual software fee. Member Splash publishes Essentials at $2,000 per year and Premium at $3,500 per year. Associa communities are listed at 20% off plus a free first year (public pages as of November 5, 2026).

Will residents have to download an app?
No app-store install is required. Residents use EasyPoolPass in the browser on their phone and open today's pass when they arrive.
What exactly is included in the free import?
Your resident and household roster from a Member Splash export or spreadsheet — names, contacts, units or lots, and household groupings we can map. We will confirm edge cases before go-live.
How long does the switch take?
Many facilities complete registration and import review within a few business days. Your open date depends on how quickly you confirm the roster and invite residents.
Do we need tablets or scanners?
Not to launch. Staff verify the resident's live phone pass. You can add process preferences later; you are not blocked on seasonal hardware rentals.
Is EasyPoolPass really free?
The software is free — no monthly or annual platform subscription. If you sell paid guest passes, a small platform fee (5% + $0.25) comes out of the facility's price; residents pay the amount you set. Free guest passes cost nothing. Full detail lives on our Pricing page.
